She draws on nearly three decades of experience across insurance and life sciences to guide organizations through complex change and deliver measurable, real-world results.

 

Kristin is a skilled leader and problem solver. She previously led a $100M transformation for the second-largest U.S. dental benefits company, migrating 14 million members and achieving 20% operational savings. Before joining West Monroe in 2006, Kristin sharpened her expertise at Hewitt Associates and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
