1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

We use these tools to support human decision-making and do not use them to make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals. Where we do use automated tools in connection with a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects, we provide the notice and any rights required by applicable law. We do not use Personal Information from business communications to train unrelated general-purpose artificial intelligence models unless we disclose that use or use information in a deidentified or anonymized form. 3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

6. WHAT CHOICES DO YOU HAVE REGARDING HOW WEST MONROE USES YOUR INFORMATION
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have implemented the following mechanisms for exercising control over your personal information:
- Promotional Emails. You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us to send free newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials to you, as well as targeted offers from third parties. Transmission of Information to Other Countries

What West Monroe Does About Children Visiting This Site
This Site and Interactions are not intended for children under the age of eighteen. We will not knowingly collect information from Web Site visitors or customers in this age group. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age. Automated Decision-Making Technology (“ADMT”). Effective January 1, 2026, new regulations under the CCPA grant California consumers the right to opt out of the use of automated decision-making technology when it is used to make significant decisions about them. Where we use ADMT to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide you with notice and, where required, the opportunity to opt out or request human review of the decision. Our use of automated tools in hiring, including identity verification and fraud detection, is described in our Supplemental Automated Tools Notice for Job Candidates.

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, multiple U.S. states have enacted consumer privacy laws, including some with comprehensive privacy frameworks and others with more limited scope. Sensitive Data
Under many state privacy laws, certain categories of personal information are classified as “sensitive,” including racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, genetic and biometric data, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, precise geolocation data, and data of known children. We obtain opt-in consent before processing sensitive data where required by applicable law, and we do not sell sensitive personal information where prohibited by law.
