Tom Ewers

Tom is a Managing Partner in West Monroe’s M&A practice, bringing decades of experience helping clients drive growth, execute complex transactions, and create value across the deal lifecycle. Drawing on deep experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and private equity, he helps clients navigate high-stakes decisions—from diligence and integration to post-close transformation—with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

With over two decades at West Monroe, Tom has shaped the firm’s growth from the ground up. His extensive experience spans industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and private equity. Before joining West Monroe in 2002, Tom worked at Arthur Andersen, delivering technology-driven solutions for large organizations. He holds a B.S. from Miami University in Ohio. 

Tom’s All-In Mindset

Outside of work, Tom stays active year-round. He coaches hockey in the winter and spends summers wakesurfing on Lake Minnetonka. He also contributes as a board member for Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
