By harnessing our collective talent, experience, and resources, we’re committed to making a tangible, lasting impact. Our approach blends large-scale, community-focused programs with grassroots, employee-driven initiatives that reflect the causes our people and communities care about. As we grow, we continue to evolve our scope to include governance frameworks, environmental sustainability, and a wholistic approach to supporting our communities.




Here’s How We Do It


We believe in making giving and volunteerism personal. That’s why we support our employees and the causes they care about through our philanthropic programs. We focus our efforts around two key pillars that align with our company strategy: Building the Next Generation of Leaders and Increasing Equity. Together, these initiatives empower our people to create a meaningful impact.

Our Programs

Individual Match Program​

We match employee donations to approved nonprofit organizations at 100% ​of their personal donation

Dollars for Doers​

We encourage and reward employees who volunteer in their communities​ by making a donation based on the number of volunteer hours they log each year

Giving Friday​

Every Friday we highlight organizations that employees care about and help them promote and request donations for those organizations

Community Impact Fund

Aligned to our pillars, we select nonprofit partners and provide holistic support to their organizations as part of a three-year commitment​

Day of Service

Once a year, all West Monroe employees come together to participate in a firmwide day of action where they volunteer with local organizations ​

Pro Bono Projects

We actively support organizations with skills-based volunteerism at no cost​ to them, and encourage employees to seek these opportunities as well

Since achieving carbon neutrality in 2019, we have continued to take a practical, business-aligned approach to understanding our environmental footprint, focusing on actions that reduce our impact and are both effective and sustainable across our operations.


Our commitment to reaching net-zero carbon emissions by 2040 through The Climate Pledge reflects this disciplined, forward-looking approach. Guided by a defined net-zero roadmap, we are focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing emissions where possible, and addressing remaining impacts through high-quality offsets.

Our passionate, cross-functional Sustainability Team drives educational and volunteer initiatives while working to minimize the company’s environmental impact.
