New office leases along West Coast reinforce the firm’s belief human connection is essential to innovation, mentorship, and delivering value in an AI-driven world

West Monroe Doubles Down on In-Person Collaboration with New, Larger Office Spaces in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle
LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO, SEATTLE – March 26, 2025 – While many companies are scaling back their real estate footprints, West Monroe is securing more dynamic, collaborative spaces and reinforcing its commitment to in-person connection as a competitive advantage. That’s why today, the global business and technology consulting firm announced three new office leases in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
As AI reshapes industries, West Monroe is doubling down on what makes a professional services firm truly successful: human connection. The firm has capitalized on a shifting commercial real estate market, negotiating new leases in three key West Coast markets to secure larger, purpose-built spaces while optimizing costs. This approach ensures room for growth while maintaining efficiency, reinforcing the firm’s long-term commitment to these markets without unnecessary overhead.
Designed to foster deeper engagement with clients and colleagues, the new office spaces better support West Monroe’s hands-on learning approach and highly collaborative work across industries such as technology, financial services, private equity, healthcare, consumer & industrial products, and energy & utilities.

Los Angeles
In February 2025, the firm agreed to lease 700 South Flower Street, Suite 3000, expanding its footprint to 24,750 square feet—nearly three times the size of its previous office. The Los Angeles team, led by Senior Partner Jordan Sternlieb, outgrew its former space and is now set up for long-term growth. The new office offers 360-degree views of the city, including the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, and the Pacific Ocean, while the open floor plan enables teams to work together.

San Francisco
Last February, West Monroe moved into 45 Fremont Street, Suite 3200, expanding to 19,552 square feet—nearly double the size of its previous office. This location, in the heart of the city, improves accessibility for employees and clients. The office consistently generates the highest in-person attendance rate of any West Monroe office. The space includes state-of-the-art collaboration areas, a dedicated “library” for quiet work, and a welcoming “living room” environment to foster teamwork. The office is led by Senior Partner Steven Kirz.

Seattle
In October 2024, the firm’s Seattle office, led by Senior Partner Amy Fletcher, transitioned to a larger space with 18,761 square feet at 1201 2nd Avenue, 31st floor. The new location is blocks from Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle, offering greater convenience for employees and clients. The office boasts advanced technology, designed with unique meeting areas that enhance productivity and support hybrid teamwork. Employees and clients also benefit from access to a rooftop deck, creating a premium environment for connection and events.
Across all three offices, West Monroe’s new leases provide full-floor footprints, which offer greater flexibility, branding rights, and an optimized environment for recruiting and co-creating with clients.
“We are making a long-term investment in these markets while others are scaling back because we believe that collaboration is at the heart of effective consulting,” said Brian Paulen, head of offices and global enterprise services at West Monroe.
With a West Coast presence for over a decade, West Monroe brings deep expertise in AI, data & analytics, M&A, operations, people, customer experience, and more. The firm’s newly designed spaces reflect its commitment to co-creation innovation, and mentorship—featuring modern amenities, adaptable workspaces, and upgraded technology to support seamless teamwork and client engagement.
West Monroe operates 11 offices worldwide. The firm’s offices are consistently recognized as top workplaces, with its Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle offices named a Built In Best Place to Work for 2025.
